Automatic and monitored
Backups run on their own. If one fails, our team is alerted and fixes it, so you don't have to remember anything.
Ransomware-proof copies
Backup copies are locked so they can't be changed or deleted, even by someone with your passwords. If ransomware hits, your clean copy is still there.

Kept as long as you need

Archive it first, then destroy it securely
Old servers, PCs and drives often hold records you're still required to keep. Before anything leaves your office, we take a final archive copy. WeCollect then wipes or destroys the drives and issues a certificate.

Backup questions
Doesn't Microsoft already back up Microsoft 365?
Microsoft keeps the service running, but it only keeps deleted emails and files for a limited time, and it can't undo a ransomware attack or someone deleting data on purpose. An independent backup keeps your own copy, for as long as you choose.
How quickly can you restore something?
Single files and emails can usually be restored the same working day, often within the hour. Whole servers depend on their size. We'll agree target times with you when we set up.
Will backups slow down our internet or computers?
No. After the first full copy, only changes are sent, and the heavy work runs out of hours.
Can you back up our scanned documents too?
Documents in your WeArchive digital archive are already protected as part of the service. Data backups cover the systems in your own office and cloud accounts.
