Zopi built the WeArchive portal and runs it on its own UK infrastructure, with the same care it gives its managed IT clients.

Every connection uses HTTPS. Scanned files are kept outside the public web server and only served once we've checked who's asking.
Your own users and roles
Each colleague has their own login. Only your admins can approve destruction.

Destroyed properly, with proof
When records reach the end of their life, WeCollect destroys them securely. Approved boxes are shredded, the paper is recycled, and you receive a certificate of destruction listing every box.
